Free, no coach

Self-guided, social morning tea afterwards.

Evening Training

TUESDAY & THURSDAY

6.30 - 7.30pm

$3 per session, coached

Focus on stroke correction.

Aerobics Sessions

9 - 10am

E1000 Endurance

Afterwards, join for a social morning tea at Bella Rosa.

Club Day

Social morning tea afterwards.

Ocean Swims

SATURDAY (SUMMER)

9am

2km at Port Beach

Meet near the change rooms for a swim, followed by a social breakfast at The Dome, Fremantle.

SUNDAY

7am (SUMMER) &

7:30am (WINTER)

3km at Coogee Beach

Meet at Coogee Beach Carpark for a swim, followed by a social coffee at Beachpoint cafe.

Tuesday and Thursday evening training sessions are $3.

We take cash payment or you can purchase training tickets ($60 for 20 tickets).

CJ is a highly experienced coach, with over 30 years of experience. He has his silver accreditation and regularly provides technique feedback.

He coaches the club on Tuesday and Thursday evening training.
